With yet another company – Havelock Europa – going into receivership in Fife this week the trail of business failures is growing longer in Scotland as our economy struggles, lacking support and development.

What is it going to take to make the SNP administration waken up to the fact that you cannot stimulate the Scottish economy with higher taxes and punitive commercial rates. DENNIS FORBES GRATTAN
