Giving it some welly: Modern day version of gumboot takes to the skies

-

A hot air balloon in the shape of the Hunter Original Wellington Boot, which has just taken its maiden flight over Scotland, passes over the Forth Rail Bridge before touring across the UK and Europe. The 120-foot balloon carries the design details of the famous Hunter boot.

The company was founded in 1856 at the Castle Mill in Edinburgh. Its headquarters are in the city.
