Kilmallie stun Kyles to reach semi-finals

SHINTY: Kilmallie are the shock name in today’s Tulloch Homes Camanachd Cup semi-final draw after beating Kyles Athletic 2-1 at the Canal Parks. Calum Macdougall and Liam Macdonald put them 2-0 ahead and although Sandy Mackenzie responded 15 minutes from time Kyles couldn’t find a leveller. Kingussie and Lovat are also through. Fraser Munro and Ruaridh Anderson’s brace gave Kingussie a 3-0 win at Fort William while Marc Maclachlan (4), Greg Matheson (2) and Graeme Macmillan earned Lovat a 7-0 victory at Bute.
