Buying your first home can be an expensive business, leaving some with little left over to furnish the property.

But Bellway has three incentives on offer at its developmen­ts in Glasgow designed to help first time buyers on a budget.

Until the end of this month buyers will be able to reserve an apartment for just £99 at Eastfields in Carntyne and Pyrus in Parkhead and will be treated to free flooring and a £1,500 Next voucher. Help to Buy is also available.

The offers are available on two-bedroomed apartments with ensuites. Prices start from £104,995.
