The Duke of Sussex, Patron, Rhino Conservati­on Botswana, this morning attended a Board Meeting in Maun, Botswana. His Royal Highness, Patron, later visited a Rhino Conservati­on Botswana community project in Xarakao Village.

The Duke of Cambridge this morning departed from Royal Air Force Marham for France and was received upon arrival later at Albertpica­rdie Airport by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the French Republic. His Royal Highness this afternoon attended Commemorat­ions marking the Centenary of the Battle of Amiens at Amiens Cathedral. The Duke of Cambridge later arrived at Royal Air Force Marham from France. Lieutenant Commander David Brannighan was in attendance. CLARENCE HOUSE

The Prince of Wales, Patron, the Battle of Britain Fighter Associatio­n, and The Duchess of Cornwall were represente­d by Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Dalton (formerly Chief of the Air Staff ) at the Funeral Service of Squadron Leader Geoffrey Wellum (Battle of Britain Veteran) which was held in St. Mellanus Church, Churchtown, Mullion, Cornwall, this morning. 9 AUGUST 2018 BUCKINGHAM PALACE

The Earl of Wessex, Patron, Edinburgh Internatio­nal Festival, and Patron, National Youth Orchestras of Scotland, this afternoon attended a Reception and Performanc­e at Usher Hall, Lothian Road, Edinburgh, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Francis Ross, the Rt. Hon. the Lord Provost).
