Troubling Trump

The only way America will be great again is to get rid of Donald Trump. I’ve always struggled with how America could have voted him in despite knowing his many failings .

When I watched the newsreel about what he said about the late John Mccain’s military career, acknowledged as very distinguished and with bravery that none of us can imagine in terms of torture, what did Donald Trump say? “He’s a war hero because he was captured. I like people that weren’t captured.”

As we all know, Donald Trump couldn’t walk in John Mccain’s shoes. It was very telling that he was not invited to Mccain’s funeral, yet his former rival Barack Obama spoke eloquently with dignity and respect.

It can only be a matter of time before Trump falls on his sword. My message to John Mccain’s family is, we salute you and your father and justice will prevail in time .
