● Costley & Costley Hoteliers has welcomed two new executives to its board and a further senior appointmen­t to the management team. Dawn Costley joins the board with responsibi­lity for growing the company’s wedding and function business. The daughter-inlaw of the owner, Bill Costley, and wife of executive chef Andrew, Dawn has worked for the company for more than 12 years. Joining her is Linda Leckie who recently celebrated her 29th anniversar­y with the business. Following 11 years in local government, Linda joined Costley & Costley as a part-time receptioni­st before becoming general manager at Highgrove Country House Hotel and latterly PA to Bill Costley. Lynn Jess has also been appointed management accountant. Previously with sportswear companytre­spass,shehaswork­edwith a number of leading brands including BAE and Bridge of Weir Leather Company.

Prior to joining Johnston Carmichael, he led Pwc’s reward and employment practice across the north-east of England combined with a national role in the Constructi­on Industry Scheme (CIS), an area of growth for Johnston Carmichael.

Valuation partner Iain Mcghee, who has been with Knight Frank for 12 years, will now provide advice in the healthcare sector to meet demand for local expertise.
