Cone of colour: Beloved Glasgow statue goes floral in latest prankster’s stunt

0 Glasgow’s Duke of Wellington statue’s latest headwear features a flowery twist. The traffic cone put atop the monument yesterday was adorned with brightly coloured flowers. Other creations to be placed on the statue include a custom made Irn-bru creation as well as a stack of nine cones.
