Shepherd signs off on series of Tayside deals
Shepherd Chartered Surveyors said yesterday that it had sold a number of investment properties across Perthshire and Tayside over the summer.
Tayforth House – a twostorey office building that stands at the gateway to Dundee Technology Park – has been sold to a private investor for £1.4 million.
The property is let to investment management group Aberdeen Standard Investments until 2024, with the accommodation sub-let to BNP Paribas.
In Perth city centre, Santé wine bar and restaurant has been sold to a private investor for £405,000. Meanwhile, in Broughty Ferry, a corner terraced conveniencestorehasbeen sold for £370,000, representing a net yield of 6.25 per cent.
