Stirling site earmarked for hundreds of houses
A greenfield site that could provide 250 new homes near Stirling has been brought to the market.
The 33-acre site at Cambusbarron is said to offer “prime residential land” and has been launched to the market by CEG and Hallam Land Management.
Property agent JLL, which is marketing the site on behalf of CEG and Hallam, said it was expecting a high level of interest from housebuilders.
