Arch Stainton Of my uni graduating class with half a dozen EU students, not a single one stayed in Scotland. The simple fact is Scotland isn’t really that attractive to work or live. Looking nice isn’t enough to counter higher taxes, fewer job prospects, lower quality schooling, healthcare and an executive more concerned about bigotry and grievance than trying to make things better.

Oldyun opponents have united to praise Scottish Tory leader Ruth Davidson after she revealed her struggles with depression, anxiety and self harm.

Davidson is the ideal Unionist politician. Strong on self publicity and political posturing and bereft of any original thought.
