What’s the last piece of clothing you bought?
I just bought a pair of copper infused pyjamas to help my body recover while I’m on tour here in the UK.
What are you addicted to buying?
Rings. I recently found one in Mexico City when I was performing there with The Trocks. It is made of red coral in the shape of a heart. Currently, I am shopping around for green malachite, blue lapis, citrine, and clear quartz rings.
Best ever bargain?
One is an Oleg Cassini jacket that I found in Salt Lake City, Utah for $25. The beading is so beautifully colourful and a little random too. I also found this great beaded black vest recently for only $3. I was dead chuffed with both of these.
Who has great style?
Iris Apfel is a marvel. The freedom of expression she exudes through her fashion is both contagious and inspiring.
Name your favourite High Street shop.
Primark is definitely the best.
Any fashion disasters you’d like to tell us about?
Any combination of clean clothes that are readily available from my wardrobe sometimes creates a very unusual and not so aesthetically pleasing outfit.
What’s your favourite item in your wardrobe?
An American political statement piece I fashioned after the infamous jacket Melania Trump wore. It’s a lightweight olive green jacket with dark grey sweatshirt accents that I have decorated with various patches and hand-painted on the back. In response to Melania’s jacket’s statement, “I Don’t Care. Do You?”, I have painted “YOU SHOULD CARE... NOVEMBER IS COMING.”
