Livingston Fortress Almondvale

We’ve turned Almondvale into a fortress this season. That’s now Hibs, Rangers, Killie and Celtic we’ve claimed points from on our patch, conceding just once in the process. Following the two setbacks in the shape of defeats to St Johnstone and Hamilton, the players certainly gave a reaction with Sunday’s remarkable performance. From first minute to last, we were excellent, and limited Celtic to very few chances. It’s now seven clean sheets in the league for Liam Kelly and his superb back three, who were all faultless on Sunday, with Kelly a standout, earning man of the match. We now rest up for the international break, after which we face Rangers at Ibrox, which is a difficult place to go again under Steven Gerrard.
