Hibernian Goals a problem
Friday’s defeat at Pittodrie was another game without a goal for Hibs, and we are struggling in that respect at the moment. However, to consider the match in isolation, dreadful weather conditions meant neither side were able to play good football, and it took a defensive mistake, followed by a superb finish, to separate the sides. Hibs should have equalised in the second half, and a point in the circumstances would have been good. We have another daft international break this weekend before a long, congested run of matches leading up to the equally ludicrous winter break in January. The league table doesn’t make pleasant reading, but it is so tight that a couple of wins could easilypropel Hibernian back up into the European places.
