Ready to grow: Food producer Mcintosh inks exclusive Asda contract

Ready meal producer Mcintosh of Strathmore, part of Strathmore Foods, has secured an exclusive contract with Asda worth more than £200,000 annually. The deal will see the family-run firm’s Kidz range, which consists of six ready meals for children, available to buy in 49 Scottish supermarkets. Sales manager Neil Macrae said: “These new ready meals for kids are packed with nutrition and flavour and are quick and easy to make. We’re really excited about introducing other flavours in due course.”
