Prophets warning

-

In the 1960s and 1970s government experts were advising the people in the UK to reduce their families from 4.6 children to 2.4. They said that if the population continued to grow, with larger families the norm, in 50 years time there would not be enough food for everyone.

The people then realised that smaller families meant a better quality of life for all the family. Fast forward 60 years and the prophecy has been proven correct, especially in some foreign countries with children going hungry. In the UK we have a spiralling homeless situation and more children than ever living in poverty yet all we hear is we need more immigrants to counteract the ageing population.
