Do the right thing

Earn yourself some good karma with a ticket, £25 (all proceeds going to the Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre), for this year’s Pay it Forward Scotland Yoga and Cake Festival on Saturday 1 December at Greyfriars Charteris Centre (138-140 The Pleasance). Runing from 10:45am- 4:45pm, it consists of five consecutive classes, including Gentle Flow Yoga with Kat at 2pm. Go to as many as you like, and they’ll chuck in a drink and some cake, plus there will be reduced price treatments, a chill-out room and a raffle (£2 per ticket).
