terrible you are, making it difficult for the child and the parents during drop-off and pick-up. A number of parents have paid the money to avoid their children being targeted.

Teachers are council workers. Council workers are forbidden from accepting gifts. If a gift is given it must be refused and if it is not returnable, must be recorded in a book and passed on to a charity etc. who must sign for it. Any teacher who keeps a gift for themselves has broken their terms of contract with the council and may be dismissed.

It is easy. Don’t give a gift. If Scottish Labour figures have called on Jeremy Corbyn to meet Nicola Sturgeon this week and present a united front to overhaul Theresa May’s deal with Brussels or give the people a chance to reverse Brexit.

It would be nice to have another vote now that we know reality! Brexit and indy referendums were both sold with lies from the British parties!

Mark Robertson Would be nice to have another vote now that we know reality – not on Brexit – on the Scottish assembly.

Aberdeenshire Until [Sturgeon] learns how to work with other party leaders it will always be difficult as she assumes she is in charge when clearly she isn’t. The elephant in the room will always be indyref2 as all other parties will not want that on the table as a precondition of working together.

No u-turn on Brexit ! No new referendum . We all voted to leave, so LET’S DO IT !

And this, after all the bitterness and ill-feeling engendered by her and her acolytes towards Labour in Scotland!

Paul Holyrood Good luck with that. Sturgeon has spent most of her political life trying to destroy the Labour Party and now she goes cap-in-hand to Corbyn begging for support. Better Together eh? In this case I think not.
