Anchor tenant: Ferry firm Stena Line sails into Glasgow’s Skypark

Skypark, the Glasgow business park, has announced that freight and ferry operator Stena Line has opened its new human resources hub for the Irish Sea and North Sea services at Skypark 5. In addition, Lloyds Register has committed to a new ten-year lease, expanding its space from 3,000 square feet to 4,292 sq ft at Skypark 5, representing the final letting at the 80,000 sq ft building. Stephen Ellis at Hermes Investment Management, the fund manager behind Skypark, said: “Stena Line is a strong addition.”
