Architecture body objects to centre overhaul
Proposed changes to Fraserburgh’s B-listed Faithlie Centre are being opposed by an architectural heritage body.
As part of its regeneration plans for the buildings at Saltoun Square and Kirk Brae, Aberdeenshire Council wants to remove the non-original dark-coloured textured coverings on three of the walls within the former Council Chamber. The Architectural Heritage Society of Scotland has objected.
