French swoop at Aberdeen trust

Property trust Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income has exchanged conditional contracts to acquire a logistics warehouse in Meungsur-loire, France for some €23.5 million (£20.8m).

The property is fully let to office supplies firm Office Depot France until 2026. A recent streamlining has resulted in all of the firm’s French business being based out of Meung-sur-loire.
