Proud2bescots A brilliant idea but it is one heck of a big building to be used for this one purpose. I hope a large part of the space is not allowed to lie empty, but I’m sure that if they are paying full market rent that will make sure they make the most of it. A better proposed use than luxury apartments and the even more dreadful proposal of a flagship store for Sports Direct.

Esox Hunter Holiday apartments obviously with that view on to the castle. They have to get them in under the radar though, playing to this greedy council’s soft spot – the ‘tourist dollar’.
