Homes in EH4 suffer another power outage

Properties in the EH4 area of Edinburgh were hit by a second power cut in as many weeks yesterday, leaving homes and businesses again without power.

The loss of power, which affected the offices of The Scotsman, lasted for about 45 minutes.

The power cut comes less than a fortnight after several postcodes in the Scottish capital suffered an outage on 16 November, which ran for nearly three hours.
