Jim’s ‘billions’: Sprout fest set to hit Christmas dinner plates across UK

Proud Jim, 52, harvests “billions” of the green veg from his 12 fields, where he grows his massive amount of sprouts. The fields, which are between 160 to 170 acres, produce billions of sprouts which are then supplied to the UK and European market. His business is proving to be a huge success after starting out as a small family concern run by his father and uncle.
