A sip of pudding anyone?

Get in the Christmas spirit with a wee sip of the newly launched Clootie Dumpling Gin, £30. It’s the first of a Creative Collection Series from the UK’S most northerly mainland distillery, Dunnet Bay Distillers, who also produce Rock Rose gin and Holy Grass vodka. They’ve created this new pudding-themed drink in Elizabeth, the distillery’s traditional vapour infusion still, and it features actual clootie dumplings, which are placed in the vapour basket along with juniper, raisins, nutmeg and allspice.
