Arbroath and Edinburgh City the teams to catch

League 1 leaders Arbroath remain the only undefeated side in Scotland after seeing off the challenge of

Stenhousem­uir 5-2.

Mark Mcguigan fired home the opener for the Warriors.

Omar Kader flicked in an equaliser ten minutes later and Dick Campbell’s side led at the break through Bobby Linn.

It was 3-1 early in the second half when Linn doubled his tally before Colin Hamilton added a fourth and Ryan Mccord fired in via the crossbar before Mcguigan hit the final goal of the afternoon.

Raith saw off Airdrie 2-0 at Stark’s Park with Kevin Nesbit scoring from a tight angle after seven minutes and Liam Buchan volleying home the second from close range on 31 minutes.

East Fife went down 2-0 to visitors Montrose with Euan Henderson and a Martin Rennie penalty spot the difference.

Stranraer defeated Forfar 2-1 at Stair Park with Luke Donnelly and Connor Mcmanus on target for the hosts.

Dumbarton defeated visitors Brechin City 4-1. Calum Gallagher broke the deadlock on 52 minutes and, two minutes later, Ross Forbes increased the Sons’ advantage.

Dom Thomas added a solo effort before Jordan Sinclair gave Brechin some hope, but Gallagher snuffed out any chance of a comeback when he scored from close range.

Meanwhile, in League 2,

Edinburgh City saw off

Queen’s Park 2-0 at Ainslie Park to ensure that they kept hold of top spot.

The Citizens goalscorer­s came from strike duo Blair Henderson and Scott Shepherd.

Peterhead continued their chase with a 2-1 success over visitors Annan Athletic with Derek Lyle turning in a Paddy Boyle cross.

Tony Wallace levelled from the penalty spot but Peterhead rallied and Russell Mclean smashed home from 16 yards to secure the win.

Clyde came from three down to earn a 3-3 draw with Berwick Rangers at Broadwood.

Stirling Albion also produced a stirring comeback as they came from two goals down to prevail over visitors

Elgin 5-2.
