Purple patch: Robertson hands over first Magenta building to Clyde Gatweway

Constructi­on firm Robertson has completed work on the Red Tree Magenta developmen­t, the first building at Glasgow’s Magenta Office Park. The building, which houses more than 40,000 square foot of Grade A office space and has been designed to support small businesses in sectors such as media, communicat­ions, IT, training and engineerin­g, has now been handed over to Clyde Gateway. Ed Parry, MD of Robertson Central West, said the building was “crucial” to regenerati­ng the area and will “make a significan­t difference to local people and businesses”.
