Purple patch: Robertson hands over first Magenta building to Clyde Gatweway
Construction firm Robertson has completed work on the Red Tree Magenta development, the first building at Glasgow’s Magenta Office Park. The building, which houses more than 40,000 square foot of Grade A office space and has been designed to support small businesses in sectors such as media, communications, IT, training and engineering, has now been handed over to Clyde Gateway. Ed Parry, MD of Robertson Central West, said the building was “crucial” to regenerating the area and will “make a significant difference to local people and businesses”.
