Hamilton Accies Freshened up

After the misery of the Celtic game, Accies found some form at the weekend. It was no coincidence that this happened after Martin Canning made a few changes to freshen things up, with Darian Mackinnon and James Keatings coming back in. Keatsy, it should be remembered, was a key member of Alex Neil’s squad that won promotion in 2014, but top-flight success has eluded him since then. His delivery for the first two goals was superb and his goal was breathtaking. Although he limped off with a sore foot, if we can keep him fit for the remainder of the season, he’ll do well. We’re at Dens tonight and if we can manage to get the points there, it would be a fantastic start to this month of chaos. That win at Paisley came at just the right time and might just have turned our season around.
