Falkirk Off the bottom

-

Most fans didn’t give the Bairns a chance on Saturday. After an abysmal display in the Scottish Cup on the park last week and problems off it not helping, you could understand why. However, my father’s optimism was infectious. He had me believing as much as the players clearly believed in themselves. Inverness’ unbeaten run couldn’t last for ever and what a better time for them to lose it than against the side sitting bottom of the league. Zak Rudden again proved a great asset with a brace, but the man of the moment, with a stoppage-time winner, was Scott Harrison, who sent the 200 travelling Falkirk supporters home happy. For the first time in a long time, we no longer prop up the championship. Let’s keep it that way.
