New tenants at Loanhead trade park after revamp

A string of lettings has been agreed at a trade park in Loanhead following the completion of a major refurbishment.

Property firms Ryden and FT Linden announced four new lettings at Edgefield Trade Park, which was given a makeover earlier this year by Business Parcs. The new tenants are SAR Recycling, Inclusive Scotland, Ocelot Chocolate and Les Whatford.

The facility was previously occupied by CGD Binders but has now been sub-divided into ten workshop units.

Ryden said: “Subdivision of redundant industrial units is an initiative we expect to see more of as Edinburgh’s industrial supply continues to be pushed out of the city centre.”
