The Snow Queen

Of all our Christmas stories, The Snow Queen is the most haunting for our times; a story of drastic climate change partly caused by human folly, and of a brave girl who goes searching against incredible odds for her lost best friend. The great Scottish panto writer Stuart Paterson conjured up its full power a generation ago; and now, the baton passes to young writer composers Scott Gilmour and Claire Mackenzie, whose beautiful new version offers a magical Christmas treat at Dundee Rep.
