Santas lead the way in raising money for charity

About 15,000 runners yesterday took part in the annual 5km Santa Dash through a chilly Glasgow city centre, above, to raise money for the Beatson cancer charity. Meanwhile, thousands also turned out for Edinburgh’s 2.5km version, in West Princes Street Gardens, in aid of children’s charity When You Wish Upon a Star.
