Specialist recruiter’s latest hire outlines steady growth plans

He has joined the Aberdeen business as operations director with a remit to enhance its capabilities through his expertise both in the UK and globally. Carlton, part of the Maxwell Drummond Group, supplies engineering, technical and commercial staff to the energy industry, including oil majors, independent operators and engineering contractors. Most recently president of operations, Canada, for a global recruiter, he said: “I’m relishing the opportunity to help re-energise a long-established business that has survived the downturn, while building upon Carlton’s reputation in the technical recruitment space. In the short term, we hope to achieve steady growth in a recovering market.”
