Ho ho ho: Royal Mail workers go into overdrive on busiest day of the year

Royal Mail handled more than 2.2 million items of Christmas mail at the Glasgow Mail Centre yesterday – its busiest day of the year. About 11,000 Royal Mail staff across Scotland supported by 1,100 temporary workers will be working flat out to deliver.
