Scots believe in Santa for longer

-

Scottish children believe in Father Christmas for nearly six months longer than those in England it has been revealed.

The first international academic “Santa survey” found the average age when children stop believing in Father Christmas is 8.58 years old in Scotland, compared with 8.03 in England.

The research also found that many adults wish they still believed in Father Christmas, and some had felt betrayed when they discovered the truth as children.
