The Countess of Wessex this morning visited John Farrer and Company Limited, 9 Shap Road Industrial Estate, Kendal, and was received by Mr. Samuel Rayner (Deputy Lieutenant of Cumbria). Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited Bendrigg Trust, Bendrigg Lodge, Old Hutton, Cumbria, and launched the Adventure for All Project.
The Countess of Wessex, President, Westmorland County Agricultural Society Limited, later attended the Annual Silage Competition at Lords Plain Farm, Levens, Cumbria.

Her Royal Highness later visited the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers’ Dairy-tech 2019 at Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lordlieutenant of Warwickshire (Mr. Timothy Cox).
