Property adviser Savills unveils host of promotions in Scotland

● A new regional support officer has been appointed by Scottish Land & Estates (SLE) to support and promote rural businesses in the Highlands. Megan Rowland has joined SLE with a “wealth” of knowledge and experience, including her ongoing work as a land manager on an estate in Sutherland. She will work alongside Assynt Foundation director and SLE Highland chairman Gordon Robertson as well as SLE’S Highland committee and staff from the Musselburgh HQ to deliver a newly formed regional activity plan. ● Bauer Media has appointed Victoria Easton-riley as content development director for the Hits Radio Network in Scotland. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry across both commercial radio and at the BBC, and said: “This is an incredibly exciting time for commercial radio as the sector continues to rapidly evolve. There has never been a more important time to develop our people, talent and content as we move into the next exciting stage of the industry’s future and I can’t wait to get started.”

Samantha Mccabe will lead the branch of the national property and construction industry lobbying and networking organisation. Mccabe, an architect and associate with Oberlanders Architects, said that over the coming year Wip will focus on the skills shortage “that is already evident and which will be exacerbated in a post-brexit Britain”.
