Tumour missed for six months
A schoolteacher suffered excruciating headaches for six months before he was diagnosed with a brain tumour.
Craig Telfer, 27, was taking paracetamol for his agonising headaches before going to the GP who prescribed him with something stronger.
But the PE teacher from Ayr continued to suffer, almost losing his sight, and eventually went to A&E where was told he had a brain tumour and underwent emergency surgery just days later to remove the mass.
