Farm subsidy plea

I would like to thank and congratulate the Scottish Government on this month paying me the balance of my basic farm subsidy for 2015 and 2016, and look forward sometime to receiving those for the intervening years.

It has, yet again, very kindly offered me a loan whilst it works on applications submitted April last year. Such efficiency can only enhance its reputation for competent handling of complex administration.
