Falkirk It’s in our own hands

- Stephen Crombie

Only seven league games left to play for Falkirk or more aptly seven cup finals! With another free weekend, all eyes were on our relegation rivals Patrick Thistle and Alloa. It’s been with a massive sigh of relief that both failed to capitalise on their games in hand over the Bairns.

However, as we currently occupy eighth place, it’s in our own hands to make sure we don’t slip any lower in the league. The first of our runin of games is a trip to Inverness followed by a journey to Queen of the South on the Tuesday evening in what is a must-win game. Although a tall order it’s not unrealistic to think six points is achievable. At this stage as long as we better our nearest rivals then we are still in charge of our own destiny.
