Second man in court over murder

A second man has appeared in court charged with murder after a father died almost five months ago in Glasgow.

Owen Hassan, 30, died following an incident on Greenview Street near the Old Stag Inn in Shawlands on 7 November last year. Craig Corral, 38, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court yesterday charged with assault, murder and attempting to defeat the ends of justice. He made no plea.

David Callaghan, 29, from East Kilbride, appeared at the same court in December on a murder charge.
