Don’t panic

-

Reading Fraser Grant’s letter in this morning’s Scotsman (3 April) I allowed myself a wry smile when he asked: “What is it about No that Theresa May does not understand?”

Clearly he believes that the Prime Minister should not be making repeated attempts to get her “deal” through Parliament.

If to do so is wrong, perhaps we can look forward to th es np setting an example and showing that they do understand the meaning of No. Whingeing about a second independence referendum will cease – well, at least for a generation. Recent poll results show independence is the last thing on the majority of people’s minds.

Now we can all play the same silly games.

England and Wales overwhelmingly voting to leave the EU. Last Friday they were held, kicking and screaming, and against their will, inside the EU by SNP votes. This is a democratic outrage. The people of England and Wales must, and will, be heard.
