Ross County Courage rewarded

-

Between more injuries picked up in the last fixture and important matches to come, County’s managers rang the changes against Inverness but still had the courage to put out an attacking line-up. Declan Mcmanus started brightly up front with Ross Stewart and Mcmanus did brilliantly to win the ball high up the pitch and Josh Mullin netted a sweet strike for the opener.

It turned into some first half. ICT’S equaliser was deserved and County’s next goal arrived against the run of play, but Charlie Trafford’s second yellow gave the Staggies a big advantage. A five-point lead is most welcome heading into tomorrow’s match against Dundee United and County have a chance to all but wrap up the league.
