Jardine: parents ‘desperate’ over cannabis delay

Christine Jardine told Health Secretary Matt Hancock that the parents of Edinburgh schoolboy Murray Gray were “desperate, having been given hope” by the legalisation of medical cannabis oils in December.
But only a handful of prescriptions have been issued, and this weekend a mother had medicines bought in the Netherlands seized by border officers.
