A82 motorcyclist is clocked at speed of 125mph

Three men have been reported for speeding on the A82 in Glencoe.

Police clocked two motorcyclists aged 58 and 47 travelling at 125mph and 99mph respectively at Rannoch Moor. A 27-yearold man was detected driving at 88mph in the same location.

There were a number of complaints regarding vehicles travelling at excessive speed on the road. These included vehicles believed to have been taking part in an organised car rally.

Sergeant Gus Murray said: “Driving at inappropriate speeds is not a minor, technical offence.”
