Shoe retailer steps into Granite City with new site

Deichmann, the shoe retailer, is striding into Aberdeen having agreed a ten-year lease for a store at the Bon Accord shopping centre.

The agreement follows recent lettings at the centre to Subway and Elegance Hair and Beauty. Deichmann will be joining other major fashion retailers in the mall including Hobbs, Next, River Island and Topshop.

Caroline Bridge, senior asset manager at property firm Capreon, said, “The strength of Bon Accord continues to be reflected by the addition of a top new retailer and we are pleased that Deichmann has followed Subway and Elegance in making a longterm commitment to the centre.”
