Dunfermline Athletic Dingwall encouragement

- John V Lloyd

We had truly ‘Rudden’ luck last November. We pummelled Falkirk all afternoon. We had 14 shots but Zak sank their one on target! The game is still remembered for that miss by Andy Ryan; your pet hamster could have buried it. After our two wins at Falkirk, any remark about the natural order being restored would be insensitive.

Harry Houdini would have struggled to escape from this Championship. Kris Boyd remarked recently that “Dunfermline and Falkirk are big clubs who have disappeared ”. the biggest match on Saturday, outwith Hampden, might disprove that, yet the second tier is awash with clubs “who would return in a year ”. ross county, commendably, are about to do just that, making our performance at Ding wall all the more encouraging.
