Falkirk Bairns need inspiration

Hospitality at the Falkirk Stadium was unequivocally spoiled by the football! In what was dubbed by most fans as a must-win game for the Bairns, it turned out to be a huge letdown.

Take nothing away from Alloa, they scored with both their chances, keeping their survival hopes alive and severely denting Falkirk’s. It could be said that if we can’t beat Alloa at home then we don’t deserve to stay up. With another fantastic win for Alloa on Tuesday, we’ve dropped to tenth place and have a trip to Dunfermline to contend with on Saturday. I’m sure they’d love nothing more than putting the final nail in our coffin. The players must find some inspiration for this derby to give the fans hope of clinging on to Championship status.
