A fun 5k

If a regular 5k doesn’t appeal to the big kid inside you, then sign up for Gung-ho!. It’s a run, but with giant inflatable obstacles that you have to scramble across, pull yourself up and fling yourself over, with names such as Born Slippy and Rock & Roll Star. Sign up for events at The Meadows, Edinburgh on 11 May, Castle Fraser in Aberdeen on 18 May, and Strathclyde Country Park, Glasgow, on 25 May, entrance £50.
