Appeal after OAP seriously injured in crash
Police are appealing for information after a collision between two cars in Aberdeenshire left a 77-year-old woman with serious injuries.
The incident, which took place at about 9:20am on Saturday, involved a grey Citroen C1 and a silver Rover 75 estate, on the A90 Aberdeen to Fraserburgh road, near to a junction with the A952 at Cortes.
A 77-year-old woman, who was driving the Citroen, was injured and taken by ambulance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where she remains in a serious condition, while the driver of the Rover was uninjured.
